Every single year people give animals as Christmas presents. However, when the holidays are over, many of these animals are not welcome any more. PETA attracted attention to this topic by abandon dogs designed like Christmas decoration in and around the German city of Hamburg. Posters, social media posts and a beautifully crafted film powerfully remind the people: animals are not Christmas gifts.
